Rebecca Holt
Ms. Rebecca Holt serves as the Administrative Assistant to the Associate Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. Ms. Holt ensures that the Office of the Vice President and General Counsel, the University of Florida Regulations, and the Board of Trustees websites are kept up-to-date. She serves as the contact person for comments, questions or petitions for the University of Florida Regulations website and maintains administrative policies and regulations of the University of Florida. Ms. Holt gathers information for the preparation of service mark/trademark applications for filing with the Department of State. She verifies and approves Pcard charges, prepares invoices for payment and makes deposits. In addition, Ms. Holt implements and maintains the document management database for the Office of the Vice President and General Counsel, including setting up the feature for software to convert the files from paper to electronic.
