Associate General Counsel
Charles M. Deal is an Associate General Counsel specializing primarily in labor and employment matters. Prior to joining the Office of the General Counsel, Mr. Deal was an associate with the Tampa, Florida law firm of Zinober & McCrea, P.A., representing management in the area of labor and employment law. Mr. Deal received his undergraduate degree from West Point, an M.B.A. from Syracuse University, and graduated from the University of Florida College of Law with High Honors, where he received a Book Award for Employment Discrimination. Mr. Deal is a member of the Order of the Coif. He is admitted to the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida and is a member of the Florida Bar.
